Where is Satori Tai Chi and Qigong  Located and is there Parking Onsite?

We have venues:St Elpheges, 120 Stafford Road, Wallington SM6 9AYSt Swithuns, Grovelands Rd, Purley, CR8Queen Mary's Park, CarshaltonFree parking available either onsite or off- street with easy access to the studios.

Do I need to be experienced to participate?

Accepted Answer

We welcome all regardless of their experience. Tai Chi and Chi Kung are very low impact exercises making it suitable for all ages and fitness levels. You can stand or sit during the chi kung classes.  However for tai chi you  require the ability to stand and move from side to side.

Question 3

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Where something loose and comfortable and have layers easily to remove.

Soft comfortable shoes with thin soles is ideal.

Can I bring food and drink?

Accepted Answer

No food onsite unless you require it for medical purposes. Water bottles are acceptable.

Can I wait and spectate?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately due to the high number of classes and the possible disruption that may affect the class in progress, we can only allow for a 5/10 minute pre class time for arrival.
We are unable to have spectators in class. Doors will be opened and closed at the beginning and end of all classes.

Can I just turn up to class?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept walk in students as numbers are limited for safety reasons and integrity of the teaching.
