In our Purley, Croydon location we offer our Sunrise Open Palm Qigong. A beautiful way to start your Saturday morning.

 

Class 8:00am to 9:00am.

Suitable: Beginners and Experienced 

​

Recommendations: Comfortable layered clothing.  Flat soft trainers.  It is not recommended to practice in bare feet. Water bottle advisable.

Location and Parking

You can fine our tai chi and chi kung classes within the grounds of St Swithuns Church, Groveland Road, Purley, Croydon CR8

Plenty of Free off street parking. Parking recommended along Grovelands road for easier access to hall.
