A chance to experience tai chi - qigong in the outdoors. The historical Queen Mary's Park Carshalton is the perfect location to enjoy some tai chi - qigong in the park. We meet at 8:30 am near Monkey Puzzle way entrance.

Suitable: Beginners and Experienced

Recommendations: Comfortable layered clothing. Flat soft trainers. It is not recommended to practice in bare feet if the ground is damp or cold. Water bottle advisable.

Location and Parking

You can find us 2nd field on the right coming in from Monkey Puzzle Way entrance. If you come in from any other entrance we are on the left as you walk towards monkey puzzle way.

Free off street parking.

Important note: There is no designated onsite parking. Residential streets have free off street parking available.
